Job description: Customer service team members as an all-rounder staff.

Please Note: THERE ARE NO PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE.

THERE IS Only Full Time Employment ONCE YOU ARE FOUND SUITABLE FOR THE POSITION.

we work on a shift system whereas you must be able to work one week mornings and one week nights our hours of work are not standard for opening.
However all restaurants closing time from Sunday – Thursday are 10:00 p.m. and Friday & Saturday are 11:00 p.m.

You are invited for our walk-in interviews schedule every Monday’s and Tuesday’s at our Head Office, located at #80 El Socorro Extension over the highway, If you are taking public transport, when you arrive at San Juan come over the Croisse you will see LINDA'S BAKERY. On the same side of the bakery there's a taxi stand.
Ask the driver if they are coming over the highway, if they say Yes, tell them you are going to Mario's.

Our hours for interviews are between 9:00a.m. -11:00a.m.

Our list of requirements when attending an interview for customer service team members and delivery drivers and rider are:

1. ONE (1) passport-size photo;

2. Minimum 3 CXC passes or other equivalent certificates in courses;

3. If you have work experience One (1) letter of recommendation from Past Employer;
OR
If you do not have work experience One (1) Letter of Recommendation from the Last school you attended;

4. Certificate of character (Official Receipt will be accepted until you received certificate);

5. Copy of your national identification card, Drivers Permit, front and back or Passport;

6. Copy of your birth certificate;

7. Updated Insurance for your vehicle
