Our company is searching for an experienced Brand Manager to work with our marketing and sales team. The ideal candidate for this position is an energetic professional who can drive assigned brands to reach agreed volume goals, and market share in accordance to business guidelines set by NWT Enterprises and its suppliers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be the Expert on all aspects of the assigned brand.
Coach Sales and Marketing Team members on executional guidelines.
Prepare Presentations for periodic sales & marketing planning meetings with Suppliers
Prepare monthly reports to be distributed to the management team and Suppliers based on sales, stock management, distribution, promotional activities, industry trends, competitors, opportunities and threats.
Develop and submit to management team in advance a monthly calendar listing its core activities according to the approved Brand plan. This will include
Special events execution (support tools needed, point of contact and brand signage)
Major on/off premise brand programs execution & retail activation
Periodic crew drives execution
Perform regular market research studies to gather important brand data
Work closely with several advertising agencies to manage brand marketing campaigns
Knowledge & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
2+ years’ experience in brand or product management
Strong project management skills
Exceptional verbal and report presentation abilities
Extensive experience in packaging design and retail display creation
Active within social media and platforms
