Reports to Executive Director

Responsible for the day to day operation of the Body Shop in compliance with established policies and procedures. Plans, directs and controls the activities of the Body Shop to ensure the overall growth and profit objectives are met. Maintain the highest quality standards of professionalism in serving the customer

*Ensures that approved policies and objectives are clearly understood and effectively applied
*Writes estimates both on premises and on the field
*Procures parts required for repairs
*Identifies opportunities and problems and acts quickly to address them
*Leads by example on the shop floor; viewed as a role model
*Builds capability of the team through coaching and encouraging learning from others
*Maintains company service tools and equipment and makes sure they are used properly.
*Develops good relations with customer, adjusters, and insurance companies.
*Consistently operates with sense of urgency for customers needs
*Plans and prioritizes tasks effectively
*Thinks creatively to identify new ways to reach goals
*Passionate about being an ambassador for the brand

Qualifications required:

Credentials

*Ideal candidate is age 30 to 45
*Must have experience in Auto Repair or similar relavent field
*Must have valid DP
*Must have excellent references from previous employers

Qualifications

*Bachelors degree or assoiciate degree / diploma / A levels
*Certification in Microsoft Office
*Automotive qualification would be an asset
*Experience

Must have minimum 5 years experience in managerial / supervisory role
